The Westman Wildcats would like to extend its congratulations to Belle Hobbs, a 3rd year Wildcat forward from Deloraine, MB, who has committed to attend school at, and play hockey with, the McKendree Bearcats in the fall of 2021. Belle plans to complete an undergraduate degree in Biology.
In 26 league games last year Belle had 2 goals, 3 assists for 5 points. Overall, in 48 games last season, Belle scored 6 goals and added 6 assists for 12 points. In her career, over 104 games, Belle scored 10 goals and 11 assists for 21 points. From Coach Pallardy of the Bearcats, “We are very excited to have Belle join our program in the Fall. In terms of our team’s on-ice identity, she’s a great fit. Belle plays with high energy on forecheck, and she has great habits and intensity in the defensive zone. Of equal, if not greater importance to my staff and I are Belle’s character qualities. We acknowledge that our success starts with our team environment, which Belle will enhance with her level of passion, competitiveness, and her team-first attitude. I see a ton of potential for Belle to take both her game and our program to another level in the next four years, and we are proud that she is a McKendree Bearcat!”
McKendree University is a private university in Lebanon, Illinois. It enrolls approximately 2,300 undergraduates and nearly 700 graduate students representing 25 countries and 29 states. McKendree University comprises a College of Arts and Science, a School of Business, a School of Health Professions, and a School of Education.

The Westman Wildcats would like to extend its congratulations to Jensen Shearer, a 3rd year Wildcat defenseman from Wawanesa, MB, who has committed to attend school at, and play hockey with, the Assiniboine Cougars in the fall of 2021. Jensen will enroll in Business Administration.
In 28 league games last year Jensen had 1 goal and 7 assists for 8 points. Overall, in 54 games last season, Jensen had 3 goals and 10 assists for 13 points. This season, in 5 league games, Jensen had 1 goal and 3 assist for 4 points. From Coach Bertone of the Cougars , “We are thrilled to have Jensen join our Cougar family next season. She’s able to read and react in all zones and to jump in from the point to get shots on net, which is so valuable and will really help us out.”

ACC offers over 30 programs in the fields of agriculture, environment, business, health and human services and trades and technology.

In 28 league games last year Keagan had, 5 assists for 5 points. Overall, in 54 games last season, Keagan had 7 assists for 7 points. This season in 5 league games, Keagan had 1 assist. From Coach White of the Midland Warriors , "Keagan is a strong, mobile defenseman that will add size and strength to our backend. She has a great understanding of the game and is very reliable in the defensive zone. She has a very high level of competition and will be a great addition to our program."

The Westman Wildcats would like to extend its congratulations to Rylee Martin, a 3rd year Wildcat forward from Nesbitt, MB, who has committed to attend school at, and play hockey with, the Midland Warriors in the fall of 2021. Rylee plans to complete an undergraduate degree in Math.
In 27 league games last year Rylee had 2 goals, 2 assists for 4 points. Overall, in 54 games last season, Rylee scored 6 goals and added 7 assists for 13 points. This season, in 5 league games, Rylee has 2 goals and 2 assists for 4 points. From Coach White of the Midland Warriors , "Rylee has the opportunity to have an immediate impact on our program. She is a skilled center that can play at both ends of the ice. Her speed and strength, combined with her natural hockey ability, will make her one of the top freshmen to watch next year."

The Westman Wildcats would like to extend its congratulations to Shaylee Scraba, a 4th year Wildcat from Souris, MB, who has committed to attend school at, and play hockey with, the University of Regina Cougars in the fall of 2021. She plans to pursue a Kinesiology degree.
In 27 league games last year Shaylee had 10 goals, 7 assists for 17 points. Overall, in 52 games last season, she scored 20 goals and added 15 assists for 35 points. Overall, during her Wildcats career, Shaylee has played in 163 games and recorded 51 goals and 47 assists for 98 points.
From Coach Hodges of the Regina Cougars, “Shaylee’s skill set will give her the ability to contribute in many areas on our team. This skill set, along with her smarts and versatility, will make her a pleasure to coach.”
The University of Regina is a member of the Canada West Conference of uSports. It is a public research university located in Regina, Saskatchewan. It is composed of 10 faculties and one school that offer a variety of programs at the certificate, diploma, undergraduate and graduate degree levels. More than 12,000 students are currently enrolled.

The Westman Wildcats would like to extend its congratulations to Krissy Rink, a 3rd year Wildcat forward from Melita, MB, who has committed to attend school at, and play hockey with, the Minot State University Beavers in the fall of 2021. Krissy plans to complete a Corporate Fitness degree.
In 27 league games last year Krissy had 3 goals, 3 assists for 6 points. Overall, in 51 games last season, Krissy scored 7 goals and added 7 assists for 14 points. This season, in 5 league games, Krissy has 1 goal and 3 assists for 4 points. From Coach Miner of the MSU Beavers, “We are excited to bring in such a dynamic and hard working player like Krissy. Her speed is evident every time she steps on the ice and she will make that quick adjustment at the next level. Her motivation, work ethic and character are fantastic and she will have no problem fitting into our culture at Minot State.” Minot State University (MSU or MiSU) is a four-year institution of higher learning in Minot, North Dakota. Founded in 1913 as a normal school, Minot State University is the third-largest university in North Dakota, offering undergraduate and graduate degree programs. Three colleges comprise the university’s academic offerings: Arts and Sciences, Business, and Education and Health Sciences. Nine master's degrees and one education specialist degree are offered in such areas as communication disorders, management, and mathematics.
