The Westman Wildcats Try Out Camp will take place August 29,30 & 31 2014 at the Souris & Glenwood Memorial Complex.   Female hockey players 1997 - 2001 are elgilible to try out.  

To tryout for the Westman Wildcats a player must reside in the region.  Residency will be based on Hockey Canada Residency Regulations.

Please click on the "Westman Wildcats Try Out Camp Registration" located on the left sidebar to register for camp.  Cost of the camp is $60 and cheques can be made payable to Westman Wildcats. If you need additional information you can contact:

The Westman Wildcats would like to extend congratulations to Missy Hunt, who was one of seven candidates with five being from Manitoba who were selected from Hockey Canada's Under- 18 Conditioning camp to travel to Vierumaki, Finland from July 12 -19 to participate in the 2014 IIHF Women's High Performance Camp, which will feature 16 countries coming together to help grow the female game globally.  Again, congratulations, Missy.

The Westman Wildcats would like to extend congratulations to Jaycee Magwood (Killarney), Missy Hunt (Hartney), Jaedon Cooke (Souris) and Ashton Bell (Deloraine) for being selected to the Top 28 of the Hockey MB POE program in preparation for the 2015 Canada Games. Best of luck, ladies.

Unfortunatley we have decided to cancel the fundraising car wash for today due to the bad forecast.  Hoping to rearrange in the fall.

The Westman Wildcats are holding a Fundraising Car Wash on Sat 26th April 2014 at Chapman Motors in Killarney.  The Car Wash will run from 9am till 3.30pm.  Bring your vehicle along for a spring clean by our hockey players.

The Westman Wildcats would like to congratulate and wish the best of luck to Missy Hunt, who has been invited to the Hockey Canada U 18 Strength and Conditioning Camp which is being held in Hamilton, Ontario from May 7-11.  This camp is the first official step of the evaluation process in picking the roster for the 2014-2015  U 18 World Championships.

The Westman Wildcats would like to congratulate and wish the best of luck to Jaycee Magwood, KJ Wallace, Missy Hunt, Jaedon Cooke, and Ashton Bell who were all named to the Team Manitoba U18 Program of Excellence (POE) TOP 40 Camp which is to be held May 8-11 in Portage la Prairie.

The POE TOP-40 Camp is the second major phase of the Program of Excellence which is the selection process for the U-18 (Female) Team Manitoba rosters. The TOP-40 Camp rosters have been finalized following the 2014 Manitoba Games and the Female Midget season.
