Graduating Player Elise Badiou
Sep 4, 2012, 6:25 pm

Elise BadiouAssistant Captain Elise Badiou-Wawanesa, Mb.

Elise is the only graduating player this year and she deserves to have the spotlight solely on herself. Doo, as her teammates called her, was a true leader on and off the ice. She was a very versatile player playing both Right Wing and Centre for the Wildcats for the past 3 years. She always had a calming influence on her teammates. She would do whatever it took to help her team succeed, demonstrating that with the series clinching overtime goal vs. Central Plains to get the Wildcats in the semi-finals this past year. She was a top penalty killer and always demonstrated aggressive play but was one of the cleanest players on the ice. She was a quiet leader but played hard every game.

Elise will be going to University of Manitoba this fall taking University 1.

FAREWELL Elise. Your teammates will miss you greatly. Good luck with your studies and come visit us whenever you get a break from your hectic study schedule.
